After my 2nd child was born, between work and home, my time became extremely scarce.
At the same time, my physical body was aging rapidly. It was either hang up the karate gloves, football cleats, and basketball shoes, or do something about it.

When I altered my workout program to VKfit, I lost 3 inches off of my waist (from a 30" to 27") and lost about 4.5% bodyfat (from 11.1% to under 6.6%) in about 2 months, while getting stronger, faster, and quicker. That means I shed unnecessary body fat while adding effective muscle - all by just doing 5-30 minutes per workout about 3 days a week. Now I'm able to compete and succeed in the karate ring, on the soccer and football field, and on the basketball court with guys almost half my age.
